Creative Health Coaching uses a somatic approach to facilitate the  process of writing poetry. Each session integrates movement and mindfulness practices to strengthen the dialogue between body and mind in preparation for a range of creative writing and arts based activities. These sessions are not just for poets but for anyone who would like to enhance their mental, physical and creative wellbeing.

For many years I worked in the field of complementary medicine drawing upon yoga, ayurveda and elements of qigong in my clinical practice. I now combine this knowledge and experience with my arts training and work as a poetry coach, to offer a unique service of support:
