Creative Health Coaching uses a holistic approach to facilitate creative or divergent thinking. Each session integrates movement and mindfulness practices to strengthen the dialogue between body and mind in preparation for a range of creative writing activities. These sessions are not just for poets but for anyone who would like to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing.​ Drawing on my extensive background in complementary medicine, I now combine my knowledge and experience in this field with my work as a poetry coach, artist and musician.
