I am a swimming teacher & wild swimming guide with 20+ years experience of working as a health & fitness coach. Alongside my creative life as a writer and musician, I have also been a longstanding advocate for holistic approaches to health & wellbeing. 


Whether you are looking to improve your lifestyle or refine your swimming technique or take your first steps into open water, you might like some support through my 1:1 swim clinic sessions. Using a combination of traditional sports specific conditioning and practices from other disciplines I am trained in such as yoga, qigong and ayurvedic medicine, I am helping people make the most of their time in the water. My focus is on helping people enhance their mental, physical and creative health through a combination of swimming and gentle holistic practices:
