I am an STA (Cert/Award/SAT qualified) swimming teacher & open water coach (in training) with 20+ years experience of working as a fitness professional. Alongside my creative life, I have been a longstanding advocate for holistic approaches to health & wellbeing.

 

If you are scared of water, a beginner swimmer, wanting to take first steps into open water or training for a race, you might like some support through my 1:1 swim clinic sessions. Using a combination of traditional sports specific conditioning and practices from other disciplines I am trained in such as yoga, pilates and ayurvedic medicine, I am helping people make the most of their time in the water whatever their goals. I'm also currently available for swimming lessons at Nuffield Health in Warwick and for open water coaching from September.

Available online or in-person: x1 session (1 hr) = £45 or x6 sessions = £240 (6 x £40)
