Absolutely thrilled to share that award winning writer & artist Sally Tissington (sallytissington.com) and myself will be running this 1 day retreat on Wed 30th August. We both share a love for wild waters and wild words and will be bringing them together in a sparkling water-themed event. We will be offering:

• Yoga/qigong: a gentle standing, flowing practice

• Poetry, mindfulness and guided meditation

• Word-making and micro poems

• Developing an experimental approach to writing

• Overcoming creative blocks

• Writing for wellbeing

• Writing prompts and exercises

• Notebooks and materials provided

• Home made cake, nibbles and refreshments
