The Wild Swimmer's Pharmacy
MY POEM The Wild Swimmer's Pharmacy will be exhibited as a series of images on International Women's Day. It will form part of a projected installation created by local female artists responding to the theme of Buffer Zones. The poem is also due to be published in my forthcoming book: RETICULUM: a constellation of Women in Science which will be one of the outputs of my writing residency at the School of Life Sciences, University of Warwick. The poem and book have been written to promote the research of female scientists at the university and to help share their incredible work in a creative and accessible way.
You can view the installation as well as interactive performances, music and much more at 85 Willes Rd, Leamington Spa on Wed 8th March between 11am and 6pm.
With great thanks to Tammy Woodrow, Vanessa Oakes and Mary Partridge who are the creative producers of the show and Professor Kevin Moffat from the University of Warwick.
