Lakeside Yoga/Qigong & Mindful Meditation 


If you don’t fancy getting wet, join me for a water themed  dryland session where I will be leading a standing sequence of gentle, flowing, yoga & martial movements by the water’s edge. You will not need a yoga mat and you can wear shoes, or practice barefoot in the sand.


My practice draws from the classical yoga traditions and blends them with graceful aspects of ancient martial art forms such as Qigong (also known as Chinese yoga) and Kalaripayattu (India’s oldest surviving martial art).


The session will close with a guided meditation that explores the 5 senses in relation to the 5 elements and building blocks of all life: space, air, fire, earth and of course water!
